At The Matevia Method, we believe your health journey shouldn’t feel like a second job. Fitness and nutrition should work with your career, your family, and your lifestyle — not against them. That’s why we created a tailored approach that meets you where you are and gets you where you want to go

Fitness That Fits Real Life.

Meet Chloe, Your Coach AND Partner

Hi, I’m Chloe Matevia - founder of The Matevia Method. Thank you for visiting!

I’ve always been active and full of energy. From forcing my girlfriends to do my mom’s old Buns of Steel VHS tapes in high school, to playing every sport I could, to discovering the empowering world of weightlifting—I’ve always loved the strength, confidence, and community that movement brings.

But my real journey with health and balance began when life tested me in ways I never could have imagined.

In my early 20s, I was a Navy wife living across the country from home, working as a hairstylist while slowly finishing my degree in Health and Physical Education. Fitness became my anchor—it led me to compete in bodybuilding in 2015. But everything changed in 2018, when I became a mom to my beautiful daughter, Quinn.

Motherhood was the happiest moment of my life—and also the beginning of my hardest season. Not long after Quinn was born, my marriage ended suddenly, and I found myself a single mom with a baby, a Labrador, and a minivan full of suitcases. I had just graduated but had no job lined up. Those early years were full of long nights, early mornings, food stamps, and sheer determination to keep my health a priority while raising my daughter. My workouts happened in dusty school closets, my meal prep was done on the tightest budget, and my drive to create stability for Quinn fueled me every day.

That experience taught me something priceless: you don’t need perfect circumstances to prioritize your health—you need resourcefulness, consistency, and a plan that actually fits your life.

In 2021, I became a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer, and since then I’ve coached hundreds of women in more than 20 countries—helping them lose weight, rebuild strength, and find balance in their busy lives as moms, wives, professionals, and everything in between.

But my journey didn’t stop there. In 2023, I faced a life-threatening accident while diving in shallow water that left me with a crushed C5 vertebrae and temporary paralysis. With surgery, months of recovery, and unwavering support from the man who is now my husband, I came back stronger—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Today, I live in South Florida with my husband, Barret, my daughter Quinn, and my three amazing stepsons. I finally have the big, blended family I always dreamed of, and a career that allows me to pour my passion into helping others.

The Matevia Method was born from all of this—the highs, the lows, the resilience, the rebuilding. It’s not just about fitness or nutrition. It’s about creating sustainable health that fits into the chaos of real life. It’s about proving to yourself that no matter what you’ve been through, you can build strength, balance, and confidence.

And if I can do it, so can you. Book a call and let’s talk about your story, and your solutions.

Our Mission

The Matevia Method defines a tailored approach to coaching. We have the tools, knowledge, and expertise — but your life, your schedule, and your goals come first. We don’t force-feed a one-size-fits-all strategy. Instead, we design a fitness and nutrition lifestyle that works for your reality.

Because the only program that works long-term… is the one you can actually live with.

Why Choose us

  • We meal plan and create fitness programs to kick-start your progress toward your goals. But the real value comes with the knowledge and lifestyle shifts that you take with you all on your own.

  • If it doesn’t work for you, it doesn’t work for us. There’s a reason you are resistant to certain approaches, and a reason you take to others. Let's navigate your solution together

  • We utilize proven industry tools and techniques, but are not beholden to them. We’ll get creative if it works for you.

  • The content is yours for life, including updates we make a long the way long after you’ve reached your goals. Sometimes all you need is a quick refresher, or a new idea to continuously improve your lifestyle.

  • If it works for her, that doesn’t necessarily mean it works for you, too. Its only real if you are willing to accept change. Allow us to find the change that doesn't feel like a burden.
